The Space:
We worked with a local designer to elevate every nook and cranny in our studio apartment. Immerse yourself in the warm glow of natural light streaming through the wall-to-wall windows, work effortlessly from home with our dedicated workspace, free high-speed internet, and the convenience of a Keurig coffee maker. and enjoy features like a full bathroom with a convenient washer and dryer for extended stays.
In the well-appointed kitchen, you'll find a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and two gas stove burners. Please note that there is no oven. Enjoy your meals at the indoor dining table for two, or bask in the sun's rays as you dine al fresco on your private outdoor space furnished with comfortable seating.
Guest Access:
The studio is connected to a smart system and the front door is accessed with a code and smart lock. The code and all relevant details for your arrival will be sent through the booking platform the morning of check-in. Although there is no assigned parking space, there is plenty of free street parking throughout the neighborhood.
The Neighborhood:
San Diego's Mission Hills neighborhood overlooks both Old Town and the San Diego Bay, and is centrally located and close to all the best parts of San Diego. One of San Diego’s oldest and most desirable neighborhoods, the area is primarily residential with some small shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is one of the most architecturally impressive neighborhoods with many of the houses from the early 1900s, which have been carefully preserved and restored.
Other Things to Note:
Please contact host before booking stays longer than 30 days, and please review all house rules listed below prior to booking. Please be aware there is another unit at this property and there is a potential for noise from the other renters. Each unit has a separate, private entrance and there are no shared spaces between the two units.

GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.
PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.
DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
LOCALS
• Due to restrictions placed on us by our landlord, and as a condition pertaining to our ability to host, we are unable to accept reservations from guests local to the area (within 60 miles of San Diego). By booking, you hereby accept and agree to this condition and that you'll be required to show proof of residency. Any reservation which does not comply with this restriction will be subject to cancellation.
SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.
EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.
SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.
VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.
FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.
PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
