Positive: Host was very responsive. Cabin appeared clean. Effort taken to try to make it nice and provide necessities. Location was great. Close to most attractions in the Colorado Springs area and within walking distance to hiking trails.

Negative: Pictures were misleading. Cabin a lot older than I was thinking. Arranged awkwardly with one bathroom stuck off by it self and you could hear the water pump coming off and on all night. Downstairs bathroom very cramped. Kitchen was downstairs while the main bedrooms, dining area, and living room was upstairs. Walkway down to cabin was steep, narrow, and contained over 50 steps making loading and unloading difficult.
