The space
Sleeps 10, 4 bdrm, 3 full baths, (1 King & 2 queen beds) (4th room, 2 bunk beds 4 twin), 2000 sq ft.
Open plan living on the 2nd floor with great natural light. 2nd floor has 1 King bedroom with a shared on-suite for the living area.
New kitchen and appliances along with a great table for family dinners or hang out on the deck and watch the sun-set and listen to the ocean.
1st floor comprises of 3 bedrooms - 2 rooms with Queen Beds, 1 with on-suite and 1 room with 2 twin bunk beds sleeping 4 and shared bathroom.
A second sitting area can be for a quick break, kid hangout or another living area opening up to the 1st floor deck.
Ground level has access to grill, Picnic Bench and front grass area for playing family games.
Guest access
Enjoy the entire home. The point of Emerald Isle is the western most point and does not have much through traffic allowing for great biking, or follow one of the bike paths into restaurants, or shopping.
A short drive you have access to historic Swansboro, Emerald Isle or take a drive to historic Fort Macon, Morehead or Beaufort.
Parking is provided front of the house and is limited to residents of the house, max 4 cars.
