Escape from the busyness of life and enjoy our little hideout in the country. Travel 3/4 mile off the county road onto a private dirt road **note dirt road and can wash out ***
Farmhouse decor , covered porch with rocking chairs, extra open loft bedroom , outside fire pit, bbq grill, fenced backyard and plenty of outdoor space to explore. We are close to town for all your needs but far enough out to feel away from it all. It is fenced and set apart from the other tiny home on the property.
The space

If you would like to bring your K9 companion we do have a small fenced in backyard we just ask that you let us know ahead of time. Please make sure you have clicked on the pet tab. I do have a $25 fee. Absolutely NO pets on furniture or bed!!
YOU WILL BE CHARGED $200 if we see evidence OF PET HAIR. You will also be charged $200 if you bring a pet without me knowing. So please be honest ahead of time about your pet. NO LIVESTOCK OF ANY KIND!!!!
There is a loft that has bean bags and games. It is a straight up vertical ladder, so please use caution if you choose to go up there.
You will have your own privacy and fenced
in backyard as well for privacy on the land.

Guest access
A mile long dirt road to walk or jog. An outdoor fire pit under the stars and plenty of space to explore out your front door. There is no wifi access on the locationbut phone service is pretty strong.
Other things to note
We are very close to Tyler State Park , Mineola Nature Preserve , Pickers Park and Faulkner Park if you want to go do a little kayaking , exploring or just to get out in nature. We are also very conveniently located to Lindale, Tyler and Mineola for eating and shopping. The famous Canton Trade Days is only 30 minutes away.
