This home is located right off of East Crawford and it’s very convenient to the county fairgrounds, expo center, Tony’s Pizza center, as well as Bill Burke, and dean Evans ballparks. He will, of course, have access to the entire home. There are three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. One of the bathrooms upstairs has a handicap walk-in tub and shower.
You will enjoy a large screen TV in the main floor living room, and as well as a second large screen TV in the basement media room. Both TVs have streaming ability for your personal accounts. You’re also have access to a hot tub on the wonderful large deck with a beautiful view. I only asked that you follow the directions and I had a little shock upon exiting the hot tub please.
All bedsheets and towels are provided. I do ask that you launder the towels and return them to the appropriate closets and preparation for the next guests. It would be very helpful if you would strip the beds and toss the sheets into the laundry room on the floor for housekeeping to complete. It is very helpful to prepare for the next guest. If you would do the dishes and return them to the cabinets as they are labeled again, just simply helps me prepare for the next gas house housekeeping will not accommodate these needs. The driveway provides offstreet parking. The kitchen has all of the tools for success if you love to cook. There is a small barbecue grill on the deck, however, you will have to provide your own 1 pound gas tank.
