This house isn't about polished perfection—it's about authenticity, space, and a little slice of Austin spirit. While the basement bathroom and 2 bedrooms lean rustic and admittedly aren't amazing (the downstairs shower requires a pump & the rooms are small), the rest of the home is more modern and makes up the difference with charm, comfort, and a beautiful 2-story open living room & kitchen. The main areas feature king beds, a double bed, and a king sofa bed, ensuring everyone has a cozy spot to recharge.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, and the outdoor grill makes it easy to add BBQ to your menu. Enjoy meals indoors or al fresco, with dining options to suit every mood. Convenient in-home laundry facilities make it easy to keep things fresh during your stay, and an unfinished storage area between the main floor and basement provides extra space.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*
•In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to acknowledge the house rules. This can be done by a secured link.
• Currently the water levels of the lake are very low.
• Please be aware that security cameras are installed at the main entrance of the property, as well as on the upstairs and downstairs porches. These cameras are strategically positioned to monitor the entrance and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe environment for all our guests.
• We want our home to constantly be in great shape for guests. We aim for all work to be done in-between guest visits, but scheduling in Austin can be tough with labor shortages. There may be lawn service or pest control during your stay. Please note that every Thursday our maintenance team comes by to service the pool.
Additional Services:
• Early Check in- $30/hr (upon availability)
• Late Check out -$30/hr (upon availability)
•Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night for hot tub and $75/night for pool and $100/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
• We're happy to deliver a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $55/tank.
• We love pets and they're welcome at the house, the fee is $50 per pet.
