The in-law suite with a separate entrance is a part of a single-family house on the back of an A+ elementary school. Relax with your friends & family at this peaceful place.
The Space
The in-law suite has a private entrance. The space is separated by a door that locks. You do not share the space with anyone else. The suite includes spacious 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, eat-in full kitchen, central cooling (AC) and heating system, washer & dryer, and outdoor private picnic table area. The entire suite and picnic table area are on one floor in the first floor. There are outdoor 3-step stairs to get into the suite. Please see the photo.
