Boulder's best restaurants, coffee shops and shopping is only two blocks away while Boulder Creek, and hiking at Mt. Sanitas are only two blocks in the other direction. The house features an electric grand piano, master bedroom deck, Flatirons views, large back yard, in-house laundry and ample street parking.
Boulder is a wonderful town, and this home is great because of its location right downtown. Walking distance to Pearl Street with shops and restaurants as well walking distance to Boulder Creek Path and to Mt. Sanitas makes the Horse House unique. Additionally, the house is large enough to host a family or group for a long weekend and offers plenty of entertainment to keep everyone occupied. This is an ideal retreat space to visit and write your book, paint, play music, or practice yoga.
