Indian Hills Retro Motel – Seven Suite Takeover! Seven updated suites in fully restored road-side motel with a 1960's vibe! Each suite has a private exterior entrance. Clean, disinfected bed/living area, with bistro table, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and TV. Free WiFi.
There is a shared common area with Kitchen, Dining room, Livingroom, and back deck w/ grill. There is also a shared front deck. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher and is mostly set up to heat your ready-cooked meals. County health standards allow us to provide only disposables, so if you want more, please feel free to bring them. Guests that book the entire property will be provided dishes etc.
Centrally located on Hwy 52 W between Dahlonega and Amicalola Falls State Park. Close to wedding venues, the best wineries, hiking, mtn biking, river tubing, kayaking, and canoeing.
Think Road trips of the 1960's and that's what we're bringing back to life. Indian Hills Retro Motel was built soon after Amicalola Falls became a National Park; people drove from all around to see it and needed a place to stay. Since then, the area has even more to offer such as Georgia's best wineries, the top mountain bike trails, Dahlonega's Historic Square, wedding chapels, and of course, the beautiful Amicalola Falls, the tallest falls West of the Mississippi and also the approach trailhead to the world-renowned Appalachian Trail.
