Parking notes: There are no dedicated parking spaces. Parking is on a first come, first served basis.
There is a driveway that is right in front of the building where you can unload, but there isn't enough room for parking when it snows. You'll take the Eagles Roost road up past the building and on the right hand side, turn into the very first driveway, up the hill and you can park all the way towards the back by building C. You can take the wooden pathway back to building A.
The HOA is responsible for plowing parking lots in the winter, NOT Vacasa. A 4x4 or chains are definitely required in the winter.
Please be aware of falling snow from rooftops during the winter season. Vacasa is not responsible for damage to vehicles.
Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
