Escape to our serene spacious lake house on Watts Bar Lake in beautiful East Tennessee! It is located on a quiet dead-end road and offers privacy and tranquility. It has 1500 square feet of covered deck space to enjoy the beautiful views and an amazing sunrise. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with two living rooms is perfect for family vacations, fishing teams, or a couples getaway. It offers comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests . Enjoy breathtaking lake views, amazing sunrises, a host of modern amenities, and solo firepit by the water. There are paddle boards as well as kayaks provided with a paved walk down to water for easy access for swimming and launching your paddle boards and kayaks. Whether you're here to relax or adventure, our lake house is your ideal destination. Enjoy a 1-minute boat ride to Arrowhead Marina and Terrace View Marina, and less than 10 minutes to Blue Spring Marina and Euchee Marina. The ultimate lake hang-out, Sand Island, is also less than a 10-minute boat ride. With the community boat ramp nearby, launching your boat is convenient and easy. • Fully equipped with modern new stainless appliances including Instapot, air fryer, Keurig, French press, toaster, crock pot, and blender.
• Dining table for 6 with 3 island barstools as well as two outdoor patio tables and two outdoor couches and chairs. Seating for 17 at tables.
Outdoor Space:
• 1500 square feet covered deck with comfortable outdoor furniture.
• Solo stove fire pit with Adirondack chairs for cozy evenings.
• Fun outdoor games: Giant Connect 4, Ring Toss, and Corn hole boards
• Private dock for fishing or tying up your boat.
• Kayaks and paddle boards available for guest use.
