The water is crystal clear and this area is wildlife protected so there are only a handful of houses on the lake. Pontoon boat, jet ski, and kayak rentals are available on the lake. The home is also only a few minutes from Lake Keowee, enjoy both lakes from this convenient location!

Lake Jocassee is a few hundred yards through the woods out the back door if you like a good hike, but it is much easier to just drive 1 mile to Devil's Fork State Park and enjoy the swimming area there. The boat ramp is just a minute away and you can park a boat and trailer at the house overnight. A PARK PASS IS INCLUDED that will allow your group to use the state park swimming areas and boat ramps for FREE. Plenty of boat parking is at the home.
