4 bedroom 2 bath single family home with ¾ acre fully fenced yard designed for kids and dogs to roam and play. Comfortable home surrounded by pine trees with beautiful patio spaces and access to nearby trails and parks.
House Layout:
Tri level home with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, living and kitchen on ground level and another living room and flex room with a bed and bathroom in the basement. Downstairs living room has dedicated office area with desk, dual monitors, printer, etc... Mudroom with washer, dryer, dog bed and extra large dog door access to the fully fenced yard. No access to garage as it is used as owners closet. Outside you will find a flagstone patio with gas fire pit overlooking a kids area with trampoline, play house, swings, sandbox, and strider bike track. Out back is another flagstone patio with outdoor dining area including a bbq grill and Traeger smoker.
