Positive: I am giving this property a maximum score because of the exceptional response rate and communication skills of the managers. At the same time, I would like to acknowledge some of the benefits and perks of this apartment, as follows: 1). It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom; the 3rd bedroom is open, located as a loft on top of the spiral staircase, it would be good for a family with kids. 2). Each of the 2 main bedrooms has its own bathroom; the beds are comfortable 3). There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, with all the necessary pellets 4). The living room is really cute and large, with a sofa, table and nice large screen TV 5). It is close to UT, although it implies either a good walk, or a car or uber ride to UT or the center I (we) would definitely return. The price we paid was a bit $1000 for 4 nights, which is commensurate with the market value and the space and perks you get

Negative: I would not say that I did not like these facts, considering this apartment has not been renovated. The managers do what they can with what they got. What would be helpful in attracting more customers and high ratings for the future are the following improvements that I would make if I were the owner: a). Resurface/repaint/change the bathtubs, they are scratched and stained, due to wear and tear, though they are kept clean; b). Make sure the large TV is compatible with High-Speed Internet for paid channels; the connection was too slow to watch some movies, although the internet speed was enough for the cell phones c). Ask the guests to remove their shoes and leave them at the entrance: we found dust and mud from previous guests' shoes - left traces in some corners and at the entrance, that were very hard to remove. Ask the cleaners to mop the floors carefully. We had to mop and clean some tiles ourselves, with our own rags, as there are no rags and mops in the apartment. The owners and managers obviously invest lots of money and effort into paying the cleaners, some deep cleaning would help with customer satisfaction. Overall, this was a great experience which can be made perfect by taking care of these small issues. We loved Jennifer - she is the best and a fast responder!
