Come stay with us at "The Jozarks!" Stay in our updated and beautifully furnished guest house, The Eagle’s Nest, in a highly sought after location near MM 2.5 of the Gravois arm. If you are on the lookout, you may be able to spot a bald eagle. Nestled into a wide open, enormous cove near Camp Sabra you can enjoy this family friendly, quiet neighborhood with plentyof room to relax. Take advantage of a rare location thatoffers a largecove with calmer waters for tubing and skiing as well as convenient access to a lot of the popular lake hot spots. Go out on the paddle boards or kayaks for a nice leisurely paddle. Enjoy a large, private, concrete dock with a swim platform that is alsogreat for fishing. This property boasts110 feet of lakefront access and magnificent views that go on for miles.
Private dock includes a 10 x 28 boat slip for your use. The nearby Coffman Beach public boat ramp provides easy access if you bring your own watercraft. Boat and jet ski rentals are located nearby.
You will have access to the entire guest house and amenities with parking included. The guest house has an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room lined with sliding glass doors providing breathtaking views of the lake. Each of the 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. There is a pack ’n’ play and booster seat available for the little one. This house comes fully furnished, including beach towels for lake use, so you can leave your towels and linens at home! Kitchen is fully equipped and for those that love to cook outdoors, there is a gas grill. Smart TV and wifi are available for use. While visiting, try your hand at our property’s signature game - “Shut the Box.”
Heading outdoors at the Jozarks are lots of entertainment areas to relax and enjoy your stay with sights and sounds of the lake surrounding you. Wrap around deck includes a table to enjoy outdoor dining. The lower deck overlooks the lake and is a perfect place to relax in a lounge chair while sitting on the shoreline.You can also partake in other outdoor recreation activities available. The whole family can play basketball on the newly installed basketball hoop or compete in a game of corn hole. At night you can wind down and enjoy the sunset by the fire pit that overlooks the lake. And of course, spend lots of time on our large concrete dock which includes a gas fire pit!
This is a very quiet neighborhood, ideal for families, a couples getaway, or fishermen looking for one of the best spots to fish on the lake!
Waterfront dining options such as Jolly Rogers and Lake Burger are close by or you can take a short drive to Manuel's Cantina just down the road. Just a 20 minute drive to the Bagnell Dam strip with plenty of dining and shopping. The outlet mall is just a 30 minutedrive away in Osage Beach.
