Relax in our hill country retreat! We offer a two-story home and deck on 1/3 acre with breathtaking views of the secluded creek and canyon that run behind the property. The home is fully stocked with everything you'll need for a long weekend or multi-week stay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat. We are centrally located between Austin and the western steps of the Hill Country with many free neighborhood amenities (**pool and lakeside park for an additional refundable deposit).The main floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, a half bath, and a spacious "great room" with living, dining, gourmet kitchen and a wall of windows connecting to the top deck. There is a wood burning fireplace for colder nights as well. The upper deck has both a dining and lounging area as well as a gas/charcoal combo grill and view of the back yard and canyon below. The lower level contains three bedrooms, two baths, and a lower deck with stairs down to the spacious back yard. The Master bedroom has two queen beds and its own full size bathroom with large soaking tub and walk in shower. The other two bedrooms each contain a queen bed and share a Jack and Jill bath. Other features include a Utility room with a large washer and dryer, Free Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen with all cooking necessities and coffee maker, stereo and surround sound system for Music, DVD player in main living and two flat screen tvs. Backyard has a fire pit and tree swing with private entrance to the nature trail behind the property.Our neighborhood has a lake side park with docks available to utilize all of our fun watertoys: kayaks, paddleboard, canoe and lillypad. The boat ramp access is available at an additional cost to the renter.**Garage offers 220 volt outlet with Tesla charging cable included.Access to full house, driveway and parking pad (7 car maximum). Garage available upon request.I am always a short call or text away if a need arises or you have any questions.The neighborhood has hiking trails, volleyball courts, frisbee golf and a playground all available free of charge. There is also a lakeside park and pool and our property has kayaks, paddleboards and other water toys available for an additional fee.
