It's excellent for swimming and floating in front 200 feet of your waterfront*. Many outdoor seating areas are included, with a grand one on the boat deck, a large swim deck, and patio areas. So close to everything, you can float the Comal or Guadalupe River during your stay and enjoy a day at Schlitterbahn water park, New Braunfels is a short 20-minute drive, and San Antonio River Walk is less than a 45-minute drive, and Austin is less than an hour drive away. -*Please Note: Beginning March 27, 2023 Lake McQueeney levels will be lower than normal while the city performs work on the dam. There is currently no estimated time of completion for the project. As such, there will be no boat lake access during the period of time the work is being performed.
-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
