Summary: Our family loves to surf so we rent in Bolinas a few times a year. This was my first time choosing this house and it was everything it promises and more. We usually aim for an ocean view and close to the beach. This house looks towards the estuary and the hills and we loved it. The house is a home-it doesn't have the basic rental feel. We cooked and baked and had friends stop by and found everything we needed tucked away. Bianca is so lovely. She is not only responsive, but she is kind and clearly has great taste and a generous spirit. The house is spacious and relaxed. There are 2 great outdoor spaces, where we found ourselves most of the time. As always , Bolinas is busy on the weekends but the weekdays are quiet and mellow. The walk to the town and beach are beautiful. Also, the drive to the bigger market and shops in Point Reyes Station never feels like a bother-it is gorgeous countryside and full of great spots to eat. We would love to rent Bianca'a place again!
