Amazing waterfront for swimming. It's like having a big pool! Really great pockets of cold water keep you cool during a hot summer day. The house has 2 private bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other room has a full. There is a pull out sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space. Patio furniture on the deck for relaxing, charcoal grill you will need to bring charcoal to use ( please clean once you are finished) , sheets, kitchen has lots of things for your stay that are for you to use.
Located 1/4 mile from Emerald Bay on a nice quiet street only 8 miles from Tyler. The city of Tyler is home to the Rose Capital of the world, Caldwell Zoo, lots of children parks, skating rink, several moving theaters, Keipersol Winery, and plenty of restaurants.
