This amazing unit comes with a new 6-seater GOLF CART, equipped with Bluetooth, so you and the family can ride around in ultimate style. As you pull up to the entrance of your vacation home, you will find 2 parking spots plus room for the golf cart. A freshly built covered outdoor patio space with a large flat-screen TV and a drink fridge greet you on your left as you walk towards the front door of the property. A keyless lock makes checking in a breeze - and relax as soon as you step inside to what we like to call Linkside 475 - our "Barefoot Bungalow". Wide, open windows and sliding doors create an airy vibe as soon as you walk-in. Ample seating is available for the whole family and the living room boasts a huge new flat screen TV and cozy electric fireplace. The dining area and kitchen bar have seating for up to 7 guests, all while capturing that gorgeous, serene vibe of your private patio and backyard green space. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you should need to make a dinner indoors - pots & pans, dinner and silverware, cups, utensils, and more.
The master bedroom sits on the back side of the home and shares direct access to the backyard patio, a King size bed, flat screen TV, and a private master bath with a tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is just down the hall and has 2 double beds, flat screen TV, ample closet/storage space, and direct access to the shared bathroom (also accessible from main hallway). The third bedroom is a recent addition with beautiful updates and a new twin over full bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a vanity and shower/tub combo and also connects to the laundry room where you will find a full-size washer and dryer!
After your long days at the beach, relax in your own private backyard oasis. Be greeted with grassy space, a large patio area with fun up lighting so you can enjoy this area into the evening. Two pools are within a short driving distance away - the perfect excuse to take the golf cart for a spin around the neighborhood. Also, the Village of Baytowne Wharf and your beach access can also be accessed by a short golf cart ride.
