Visit historic attractions like the Palace Theatre, or drive 6 miles for fishing, hiking, and boating at Lake Georgetown. At the end of each day, cozy up with your furry friends around the wood-burning fire pit, and refuel with a warm meal made in the kitchen.
The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of old and new homes, nestled in a diverse part of downtown. Here, you can find commercial and residential areas all together in the same vicinity. The people here are very friendly; you often see neighbors talking to each other on their porches or out on a walk. There are trails nearby leading to the river, parks, and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops for everyone to explore downtown. It's a great place for residents to come together and make the most of living in such an exciting part of town!
There is plenty of parking space in the driveway. When we stay here sometimes when it's not booked, and generally walk or ride bikes everywhere we go.
