The space
Hi! Welcome to Clinton Street, our colorful little space tucked away on one of Portland’s favorite streets. We’re located within walking distance of so many Portland landmarks, including SE Division Street (home to some of the city’s best restaurants and bakeries) and SE Hawthorne Street (filled with vintage shops, coffee shops, and Powell’s Books East). We’re on a side street that is considered a Greenway, meaning that the only cars allowed to use the street belong to the people who live here. Otherwise Clinton is considered a bike street, so it’s super safe! We can’t wait to share our neighborhood with you!
We are striving to be a family friendly rental - we ourselves have a young child, and know how stressful it can be to travel with children. We want to do whatever we can to make it easier, whether that’s providing you with a pack-and-play or even just a pack of wipes. Know that we love kids, and have lots of fun activities and amenities designed just for their entertainment, and to give their parents a break from the constant need to entertain. If there’s anything you need, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
You’ll enter your space through a private entrance with keyless entry. The space is a private 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite complete with a Living Area with a sleeper sofa (full-size that can sleep 1-2 smaller people), TV, Desk. convenient kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, coffee station (including brewed coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and a complimentary bag of local coffee), electric kettle and local tea, and dish ware/silverware.
The bedroom is furnished with a plush queen bed, lux linens, a large closet and a small desk, just in case you had to bring your work with you.
The shower-only bathroom has been supplied with:
- Clean fluffy towels
- Public Goods brand shampoo/conditioner and body wash
- Public Goods brand lotion and hand sanitizer
- Blowdryer
We can also provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and a few other amenities upon request.

You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.

The neighborhood
WELCOME TO PORTLAND! We’re so excited to host you! Portland has so much to see and do, you’ll never be bored while you’re here. Whether you want to wake up, get a coffee and walk through Laurelhurst Park or take the MAX (Portland’s light rail system) up to the Portland Zoo or International Test Rose Garden, Portland is a beautiful city. Our home is located in the heart of the Richmond District, which boasts some of the best restaurants and shopping in the entire city. We’re so excited to share our home with you!
Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Please note this is a private lower level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
