The space
Welcome to Bear Valley Colorado! Before you Enter the space through your own private entrance, take a moment and take in the spacious backyard, with a covered patio area, large grill and a multitude of seating options you may find yourself relaxing before you enter your private unit and unpack!
We are the property's main residents, and we are excited to host you in our guest space while you explore Denver! Whether traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.
Sit down and stay awhile - our guest space includes one bedroom with a plush queen bed - perfect for morning snoozes. Our full kitchen is stocked with the essentials, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker & dishes/silverware! If staying in is more your style, our cozy living room is the perfect place to relax - snuggle up on our sleeper sofa or daybed and watch tv while you wait for baked goods baked in an immaculately maintained top of the line range/oven straight out of your favorite 60’s sitcom!
High barstools overlook the spacious kitchen counter and the open concept allows interaction from the kitchen to desk to living room. There's enough room to dance if so inclined while listening to your favorite music on the Bluetooth speaker, or just Netflix and chill with the large and smartest tv to date!

Guest access
You have your own private entrance with a self-check-in experience! Your space is separate from our main home, so feel free to come and go as you please.
Again, feel free to enjoy the large shaded backyard and please let us know if you would like to use the grill. There are some areas of the basement that are locked or inaccessible for general safety reasons as they are not finished. One of these areas is the utility room. If you are planning an extended stay of at least 7 days we offer one complimentary use of a washer and dryer.

The neighborhood
WELCOME TO THE MILE HIGH CITY! 300 days of sunshine, a thriving cultural scene, diverse neighborhoods and natural beauty everywhere. Here in Bear Valley we are not far from Soda lake/Bear Lake, Just 5 miles away via car and accessible from the Bear creek trail a short minute walk to from the house you can get there in 15-20 minutes by bike! There is a roped off beach and swim area, horseback riding and even archery! We are happy to help provide more information about our neighborhood! Just drop us a quick note :)
Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Please note this is a private lower level suite, and we live in the separate main portion of the home.
