This home is 0.2 miles to the Sea Wall, Coast guard house is 0.3 miles, Crazy burger, the Bike Stop Café, PJ’s and Trios are about a quarter mile or so from the house. And of course, Narragansett Town Beach is 0.7 miles!
This home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps ten! This beautifully upgraded home, in the heart of the Pier, features central AC, finished basement area (with a built in desk for working), laundry room, TVs in each bedroom in addition to the two common areas.
This home also features a lush, private, fenced in backyard perfect for spending time with loved ones, hot/cold outdoor shower, deck with a table and chairs, picnic table, two grills, lobster pots, and ample amenities for a comfortable stay! Guests will appreciate the inclusion of five beach chairs, a beach cart, and toys in the shed, for fun filled beach days!
All four bedrooms are accessible from the main floor, in addition to both bathrooms. The lower level provides a smaller second living room area and laundry room.
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.
