Our large home is situated on 2 acres in the beautiful mountainous area of Evergreen, where wildlife are seen on a daily basis :)
6-person hot tub with legendary snow-capped mountain views, hard to resist after a morning cup of coffee. Pool table, shuffle board table, foosball table, and ping pong table are just a few of the games we have collected here over the years while our nest was full of kids.
•9 miles from Red Rocks.
•30 minutes to downtown Denver.
•60 minutes from Denver International Airport.
•60 minutes to Breckenridge and Keystone ski areas.
My husband and I live here full-time when it’s not booked, and we look for every excuse to travel so we invite you to pack up your bags and come see why we’ve loved this house and this area for over two decades.
Lots of great restaurants, breweries, and shops within 2-3 miles.
Hiking trails are all around us. Please ask us if you need specific recommendations in that regard.
Our kitchen is fully equipped to cook for groups of all sizes.
While we welcome private events, we are selective on who we let enjoy our home so please inquire prior to booking an event.

Cannabis is ok as long as you consume responsibly and don’t cause any damage to the property/furniture, or any nuisance to the neighbors.
We occasionally hire our Chef to cook for us, and he is fantastic! Highly recommend his services.
All of our TV’s were recently replaced with Smart TV’s, as well as the speakers throughout the home have been replaced recently with Sonos speakers.
Driveway can fit up to 6 cars.
