The covered walk out is perfect for relaxing and outdoor eating. The third floor features its own private bedroom and bathroom. The house has been newly appointed with fine furnishings, mattresses, and linens to give the feel of a luxury hotel. Outside the 5 acre estate is peppered with towering pines and hardwood trees as well as loads of open green space. One will never feel crowded at Serendipity.
The carriage house sits farther back from the lakefront than the main house and is about 150 yards to the dock. At the lakefront, one is immediately greeted by one of the largest shoreline properties in all of Green Lake with over 325 feet. Guests are allowed to to use the elegantly furnished wood paneled boathouse for unbelievable water views. The terraced landscape also provides unmatched views. The owner provides numerous water toys for complete enjoyment of the lake. The massive pier features multiple fingers to accommodate all boats with deep water swimming off the end. There is simply no match anywhere to found on the lake at this price point. Perfect for golf groups that want some lake activities as well.
