The Space:
Welcome to the Corpus Christi Pearl, an exquisite estate that combines two luxurious properties on Ocean Drive. With a total of eight lavish bedrooms and six bathrooms, this retreat offers unparalleled comfort and elegance. The first property features five sumptuous bedrooms, including two magnificent master suites with their own private bathrooms. The second property offers three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms with multiple beds. Both properties provide exceptional living spaces and well-appointed kitchens, perfect for hosting gatherings. Step outside to enjoy the stunning outdoor amenities, including a private tennis court, a sparkling pool, a hot tub, and a spacious balcony with peek-a-boo views of the ocean. Whether you're looking to relax or entertain, this combined listing promises an unforgettable Texas experience.
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a dog friendly home. No cats are allowed at this property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $150 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets
