Dolly didn’t sleep here but you can. Mountain views of Douglas Lake and a private/shared pool. Enjoy the sunrise from your private deck and separate entrance to “Dolly’s Room” Enjoy historic Dandridge and 2 minutes to public boat ramp.
Room has private deck and separate entrance with lock box. Room is part of a 3800 square foot house but main house is not accessible and owner is on the other side of the house. This unit is similar to a hotel room - Queen bed, sitting chair, small eating table with 2 chairs, mini fridge, toaster oven, Keurig and TV.
Walk to historic downtown Dandridge to the brewery (music on the weekends), boutique shopping, coffee shop, drug store with food counter and many historical homes.
Enjoy the pool during season (May to late September). It is shared with owner and the other private unit. “Bear Hug” is a larger unit that sleeps 5 (all separate entrances and own patios).
I provide starter pack of paper products, popcorn, Keurig pods and a few other treats. Gas Grill, microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge. Pool towels provided.
Sit on the deck and sip your coffee while the sunrises over the lake with the Smoky Mountains and Sevierville where Dolly was born in the background. Or watch the koi in the pond.
You are a quick 20 minute drive to Sevierville and a little further to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg snd The Smoky Mountains. Come relax in Dolly’s Room.
