House has a family living in the upstairs, the 1160 SF unit available downstairs has 2 Private Suites with private entrance downstairs, 2 segregated rooms with private bathrooms, both open onto a large exterior deck with a private hot tub and private sauna and outside dining area. The second bedroom has a sliding divider door that has entertainment room with wall mounted flat screen and in wall audio system. This room can be converted into a second bedroom with queen size fold down Murphy Bed. The rear deck has plenty of outdoor seating areas and a large round cabana with a variety of overhead lighting for each zone. We have in house meal options available, please check our menu. The house is located in a quiet outer mission neighborhood called mission terrace adjacent to Glen Park, 5 Blocks from the J Line Light Rail to Noe Valley, Delores Park, Castro, Downtown & Embarcadero. Glen Park and Balboa Park Bart Stations within walking distance or connections from J. Downstairs unit in family home, Guest have a private entrance with coded key pad. There is a Nespresso coffee bar, teas and small refrigerator with waters. Spa robes, towels, slippers and spa like treats (face masks) are provided.
