The space
This 3200 sqft Brand New Chalet with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a bonus room sleeps 12 comfortably. This open floor plan allows guest both the opportunity to enjoy time all together or find a private area to nestle up in. Our kitchen, is complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Stocked with pots and pans and glass ware if needed. The main living space is has 20' vaulted ceilings, a loft over looking a gas burning fireplace. In addition, there is a lower level where adults and children can enjoy games and entertainment such as foosball, knock hockey, darts and hockey. It is also equipped with a washer, dryer. Outdoor entertainment is available with a front and back deck. A fire pit is also available for guests to enjoy along with a NEW HOT TUB located on back deck.

In order to access the community amenities an additional $7 fee per person per day will be charged at HOA office at time of check in. we must have a list of names 7 days prior or the a $25 late fee is applied from the community.
Other things to note
Please bring your own paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) toiletries (shampoo, soap) and garbage bags. Garbage must be brought to the compactor located on Karl Hope Rd on the way up to the lodge or taken home. fines will apply. (See Below)

Please do not flush anything down toilets except toilet paper. The grinder pump is inspected after each use. Any damage will be charged to guests.
Take trash with you or dispose at the compactor.
any small bags left will be a $25 charge. Any large bags left will be a $45 charge to he guests.
