Summary: I’ve been going here for years buts it’s been about two years since I’ve been gone so when we got back I decided to go to a hotel I knew until my place gets ready but once I got there the only things that where how I remember it was the pool washers and the sweet lady’s at the front desk…. The rooms are not the same needs better house keeping an to do repairs …not bad but it needs to be loved a lil NO BED BUGS IS ALWAYS BEST N THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY IN MY ROOM .. I’m writing this review to let mgt know I love it there my kids are grown now but I brought them there almost every weekend while they where growing up…because it was nice rooms affordable an a nice pool ….so please continue to be the best cuz now I have to bring my grand kids……Ty for the great customer service and I’ll still come back so update my room..!!😁

Summary: The Mentor Inn offers no-frills accommodation, and it is conveniently located near freeways, on the outskirts of Cleveland, OH. I booked the room for its low price and convenient location, but I did not feel particularly safe. The room itself was basic and functional. The front office staff, who were behind bulletproof glass, seemed harried and irritable. The atmosphere around the property made me uneasy, with groups of people milling around. I received unwanted attention while coming and going. While nothing happened to me directly, I felt uncomfortable. I would not choose to stay here again.

Summary: The pool area was clean and the water quality was great! Food restaurant next door and a sheets within walking distance too. On bus route. Fridge and microwave in suite. Laundry on site. I also had both my dogs with me. It was great

Summary: My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend wanting a closer drive to Lake Erie for a few days at the Headlands Beach. I loved that the beach was only 15 mins away instead of my usual hour drive up. The motel was definitely worth the $. It was by far the cheapest around. The property and rooms were a little old and run down. Some rif-raf around. Once we got comfortable it was completely doable. Even my dog liked it. (I think it was the King size bed)

Summary: When you check in, there are lots of warnings Posted at check-in.
The paint was peeling in every room and the fire alarm battery was beeping all night.
It’s a place that people have brought pets as there was chew marks all over the door frames.
The bedding was clean. The surfaces were clean and clear. I did not see any trash or dust in my room.
