Indulge in a real San Antonio experience! We are centrally located minutes away from the city's most authentic attractions. Hop on a bus and take Broadway down to the Riverwalk, the Pearl, Breckenridge Park, museums, gardens, and more! Never miss your flight because we are a short 5-minute Uber ride from the airport. Looking to just chill? Stay in, lounge on our large couch or have a fire out back! We specialize in long-term stays for military on TDY orders, but are open to hosting any and all!
The space —-
Back in the day, our house was built for the quarry miners of the local quarry (now a shopping center known as the Quarry Market). Our home is quaint, charming, and historical yet showcases modern amenities. The fully-equipped kitchen will inspire you to get to cooking! After, wind down by watching TV on our large couch. This couch also provides sleeping space apart from the two bedrooms. Within the bedrooms, however, are a king and queen bed with ample closet space. Just off the bedrooms is the single bathroom. Enjoy a warm evening out on the porch or get a quick exercise in our home gym just off the porch. Washer and dryer are provided in the garage which is accessed outside. As a pet-friendly home, we have a doggie door leading out from the kitchen. Your fur-baby never has to wait for you to come home to go do their business. Everyone wins!
Guest access —-
You will have full access of the house. The only area restricted is the garage. You may enter to do laundry or store possessions such as bikes, but we do not recommend trying to drive your car into it. It is too skinny of a space for modern-day cars and we have personal items being stored.
Other things to note —-
For military, I am aware and comfortable providing all documentation necessary to get reimbursement. As an active duty 65F in the Air Force, I am very competent in the requirements to get successfully approved within DTS. I provide you with an itemized receipt and the AFIMSC policy memo stating that Airbnbs are authorized with prior approval from your AO.
