There's an airy living room with a smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room table for six - a lovely spot for homemade meals and after-dinner board games. Outside, enjoy a screened deck overlooking the backyard where you can sip a glass of wine and listen to the soft sounds of summer evenings.
Additional amenities include four adult-size bikes to help you get around with ease and explore the nearby amenities. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. The garage is not available for guest use.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
For a $125 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five & under do not require a wristband.
Last-minute rentals: Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to the community amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
