Beautiful modern space. This 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Duplex home is centrally located right in downtown Byron Center in a great neighborhood. The home itself has 2 great living spaces, a fully stocked updated kitchen, fenced in yard, patio w/firepit and an attached 2 stall garage. Not to mention it is located just 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 30 minutes from Lake Michigan, and less than 5 minutes from Tanger Outlets, a number of great restaurants, US-131 & M6 Highways!
The space
The main floor features two bedrooms, a full bath, living room and kitchen. The lower level is where you’ll find the third and fourth bedrooms, family room, second full bathroom, and laundry.
Guest access
The whole home is privately yours - please note this is a duplex, though the only time you might ever hear guests in the other unit is when you're in the garage. The front door will be accessible using a smart lock keypad entry. The garage will be accessible using the myQ app if you provided an email address prior to your check-in. Occasionally the myQ app experiences technical difficulties. In the event the app is not working you will still be able to utilize the garage, but will have to open and close it from inside the garage. While we are happy to troubleshoot with you, the rate will NOT be discounted due to the app not working or any internet issues beyond our control.
Other things to note
There are 4 off street parking spaces included with this unit. 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway directly behind the 2 stall garage. Any additional vehicles will need to park on the street.
Please do not park in the lawn or behind the other units garage.
The front door to this unit faces Woodruff street. The front door next to the 1 stall garage is a different unit.
We do have a child safety gate in the unit that we can set up at the top of the stairs prior to your arrival, please just let us know after booking so we can plan ahead!
Please note we do require guests to strip used beds, bag all trash and toss in the dumpster, and put dirty dishes in the dishwasher prior to their departure in order to have enough time to turn over the unit for our next guests. Failure to do so will result in a loss of deposit.
