We Welcome you to enjoy our home as your very own, which is located in the heart of Norfolk.
The space
There is over 1300 sqft. of enjoyable space. With the original window casings letting through plenty sunlight on the west side. The old uneven floors bear new shine to give them a fresh modern look. The condo is fully furnished. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a twin day bed. It has office space and a 47 inch television. You can also request in advance an air mattress if needed.
The Master bedroom has a private bathroom and stand in shower.
Fully furnished Kitchen with a Wine refrigerator and all items necessary for cooking. Full Size Front loader washer and dryer. All stainless steel appliances.
The Bartesian is available upon request including Drink mixers for an additional fee.
The Gathering area is a nice place to sit back and watch the mounted tv over the electric fireplace. The area has multiple seating space and a modern chandelier. The house is fully wifi enabled and led lighting throughout. The home has a front and back patio to the enjoy the breeze.
Guest access
An Assigned parking spot will be given at check, there is also additional parking on the street. You will l be given a door access code. This code will be sent an hour before check in. The code will only working during your stay. Please keep this code in a safe place .
Other things to note
We do ask guest to be respectful of other residents in the building . We ask to only park in the designated numbered space. There is zero tolerance for loud and excessive partying or noise. PLEASE NOTE: there will be a 250.00 cleaning fee if you smoke in the home. There is a door monitor on the exterior. Anyone who has more than 6 occupants than property management will be notified. If you have an unauthorized dog, there will be a 125.00 fee. We only allow the number of guests booked at the time of reservation. Unauthorized guest will be asked to vacate including the renter and all fees are non-refundable.
