THE SPACE
Modern Deco Suite is an aparthotel located on the first floor of the building, a perfect place for person who works remotely or anyone who is looking for the short term relocation.
Conveniently living and hospitality-like service with smart technology all around the place. The suite is well-equipped with smart lock, smart TV with cable channels, eco thermostat, free Wifi with download speeds of up to 940 Mbps!
Our one-bedroom suite is furnished with high quality brand furnishings and bespoke millwork. It has a comfortable king bed, non-allergic pillows, dedicated working space, full kitchen, rainforest shower, outdoor patio, and everything you need to enjoy your stay in the local neighborhood and Philadelphia. In the kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and all cooking essential (even spices and oil!!) to cook meals for a relaxing night in. Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron+iron board, are available inside the apartment.
This suite does not include parking but street parking are always available around the building. Please watch for signage as you will be towed for parking in unauthorized areas. SEPTA Market-Frankford Line at Berk Station is only 3-minute walk. While SEPTA Bus Route 3 on Front St is only at the corner of the block.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
For a monthly stay less than 3 months, preferred check-in date is 1st or 15th of the month. The price will be adjusted for other check-in dates to cover either half-month or full month rent.
Please note that we use our own guest screening and damaged deposit program through SUPERHOG. It is a safety measure that will ensure that damages and lost items can be taken care of at almost no cost to the host. As part of the guests validation process, we’ll enable you two options;
(1) Traditional deposit option of refundable $500 (plus $15 non- refundable handling charge) paid by the guest
(2) Damage Waiver option of $35 non-refundable fee to put in place a $500 damage waiver
