Our house is completely renovated in 2018 and is located in a gated community in the Rancho Vistoso Neighborhood near Stone Canyon and Honey Bee Canyon.
The house offers a spacious open floor plan with an open kitchen concept. It has beautiful gas fireplace, tile floors, swimming pool (with sunbeds) and gas barbeque/grill. Inside the living & dining area there is large, modern L-shaped European couch. There is a square dining table with 4 leather seats and extra foldable chairs are available in the garage.
Our TV is connected to DirecTV, Apple TV, Prime Video and Discovery Plus and connected to a Bose Soundbar 700. We also have a Bose Soundtouch to play music.
The modernized fireplace is made with stack stones from the Rocky Mountains. A handpicked Mesquite mantel was installed. During the “cold” winter months it's definitely the center piece of the house where people will gather and socialize.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment for those guests who enjoy cooking & baking. The kitchen has an open concept which allows guests to be connected while cooking. It's a perfect setup for people to gather during social events or while enjoying the fireplace while reading a book or watching television.
The house comes with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are conveniently located for some privacy. All of the rooms are provided with high quality towels, linen, soap & shampoo.
Our hose is located in a friendly neighborhood with many activities nearby. In the direct surrounding there are many different activities like golf-courses, hiking trails (Honey Bee Canyon, old Rancho Vistoso golfcourt) wine & dine restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls.
This home is located at a great location for family gatherings or for those who just like to relax and enjoy the beauty the Arizona sunset offers while enjoying a drink at the pool.
