Beautiful private patio with fully equipped BBQ area. Great location, five to ten minute drive to downtown and the beach. Ten minutes to Seca Raceway and Carmel.

Garage is not available. Studio above garage is occupied by us occasionaly. We have one resesrved parking space.

All spaces, no garage access. There is a washer and dryer in the Gym. We have six parking spaces for guests.
