Upstairs loft has Queen size air mattress as well as 2 Queen futon beds. Extra bedding is provided in the totes there. The main level living room space has a large modular couch. This provides a total of 6 beds. 1.5 bathrooms. Main level has a jetted bathtub/ shower combo. Upper level bath is a half bath- sink and toilet.

Staunton State Park is practically in our back yard. Highly recommend Wellington Lake! 20 minutes to Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, Evergreen Lake, and neighboring trailheads (*Pence Park*, O’fallon Park, Corwina Park, Lair’o’the Bear Park). 30 min to S Denver. 1.5 hours from all of the major ski resorts. Ski Cooper Leadville is a nice hidden gem ski resort!
Access to Beverly Rd is easy. Yet, 4WD is a must in winter months.
