This property has so much to offer - a gourmet kitchen with Wolf Range and wine refrigerator, two sunrooms, large main living room, hardwood floors, a sound system throughout, four televisions, central air on lower level and a large in-wall unit on upper lever and a butler's pantry. There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds on the first floor while the other three bedrooms are located on the second floor. A beautiful fence surrounds the pool area with an outdoor shower and swing set providing all the fun! This home rests on a corner lot and is within walking distance to Narragansett Town Beach.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made prior to arrival (bed-making is only provided once; multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee.
