There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms total: two bedrooms/two bathrooms on the main floor and two bedrooms/two bathrooms upstairs.
All bedrooms and gathering spaces have large Smart TVs. All the bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and there is a large laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. We have provided all the pillows, towels, and swim towels your family will need. All of the beds in the home are high-quality Stearns and Foster. Each has fresh white linens with luxury you can feel as you glide into bed.
You will be just steps from the pool, hot tub, gym, pickleball court and playground at Freedom Village. The home has a foldable ping pong table in the garage, a PS4 gaming station, swimming pool supplies, pickleball equipment, a pack 'n play, a high chair and several of our favorite family games! The upstairs family room also has a sleeper sofa and a 65” screen for sports, gaming and movie nights.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need. You will enjoy Fiestaware dishes, a blender, beautiful glassware, a Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans and all the gadgets you need to comfortably dine-in during your stay. Everything in the kitchen is neatly labelled to help you quickly access what you need. The white quartz countertops and white kitchen cabinets create a beautiful modern look. There is a kitchen island with bar stools and a dining table providing ample seating during meals.
A family room with a large screen television is next to the kitchen providing great gathering space. The family room has a sliding glass door opening to the patio with a firepit, BBQ grill, picnic table and grassy area with views of beautiful Pine Valley Mountain.
We love southern Utah and want you to have a wonderful time here! To help you enjoy the area, we have provided a National Parks' pass to be used during your stay. There is a Dixie Direct card available for purchase that has discounts to all the local favorites. Our family has also created a list of our personal favorites in the area if you're interested in our recommendations.
