The backyard is a so spacious with an electric HEATED pool, BBQ, outdoor bar seating, putting green, large covered patio, basketball court and a giant grass back yard. There is a pool fence for the little ones under six. Pool does have heater, $50 per night to heat pool. Pool can be heated to 80-85 degrees weather permitting. Pool heat must be ordered a minimum of 48 hours before arrival. Large 2 CAR GARAGE available for your use.
Easy access to the Arrowhead area with tons of shopping and dining, and the Peoria Sports Complex. A few miles North of Happy Valley Towne Center with more shopping and dining. Lake Pleasant Lake is just a few miles away. if you enjoy boating, jet skiing, fishing, swimming or just camping out. A quick drive on the 101 to the South will get you to the Cardinals Stadium and the Westgate District with food, shops, theatres, concerts and sporting events and The Desert Diamond Casino. And if you head North, you will be in Scottsdale in about 30 minutes. So much to do and see. This is about a 40-45 minute drive from Sky Harbor depending on time of day.
