Welcome to Edgemere! This modern, ocean front home has ocean views from almost every spot in the home, from the main living room to the master shower. With a private staircase to the beach it makes for a wonderful home to start your coastal adventures! Stay in and enjoy a fire from the built-in wood fireplace or take the private staircase down to the beach. Bring your family & friends! Or just your significant other for a fun get away. With a well-stocked kitchen, it makes for an easy environment to make plenty of dinners from home. Or take advantage of the good location to adventure the Port of Brookings for a nice place to dine out. This home consists of 2 levels! The Main level to this home is very spacious! With the master bedroom & bathroom, open dinning/Living room and beautiful kitchen all located on this level. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances all around, a double oven and spacious fridge. The Master Bathroom is unique with a small ocean peek; from the oval soaking tub and shower combo, to the separate toilet/powder room, walk in closet and double sink vanity. The next level of the home has the other two bedrooms and full bathroom. Along with those rooms, there is an open loft that looks over the living room. A wonderful spot to just sit back and pick up one of the books from the built-in bookshelves. The first room is filled with natural lighting and a queen size bed.
