This all-season lake home is popular for fishing year round. Ice fishing jamborees every weekend in February 2024. The house is located on a beautiful channel that leads to the main lake. UTV/ATV and snowmobile friendly, along with surrounding towns. Spacious bedrooms and first floor laundry. Enjoy your view from open concept living and full kitchen area. The house is 2100 square feet with a large open floor plan. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with one full bathroom, living area, kitchen, patio and grill overlooking the beautiful views of the channel. Downstairs has a poker table and fuse ball table, a full bar with minifridge, 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has 2 sets of bunk beds. Both bedrooms and the bar have smart tv's for guests to use. Guests have access to 2 fishing poles, a deep freeze, and fish cleaning station. The outdoor space includes a patio with patio furniture, grill, large back yard, firepit with 12 chairs, and a private pier. The home offers comfortable accommodations for any guest!
Downtown is within walking distance with bars, restaurants, boutiques, salons, and hip hop diner. There is also a bait shop and boat rental business. If driving a farther distance, a guest's personal vehicle will need to be used. Guests can park in the private driveway during their entire stay.
Fox Lake has an 18-hole golf course, aquatic center, park, specialty meat store, supper clubs, bars, restaurants, boutique shops, and a hip hop diner for guests to enjoy.
Edgewater park in Beaver Dam is a 158.7 acre park that has fishing ramps, lagoons, fishing piers, two picnic shelters, handicap accessible rest rooms, an observation tower, and a 6 acre “natures pond”. This park also features a lighted car/trailer parking lot and ramp. Great views of the lake!
