Little Nauti features an impressive kitchen with a colossal island that seats 8 people. Relish in the joy of cooking with a fully equipped kitchen including cookware and appliances such as Le Creuset, Staub, Wolf, Breville and Cuisine Art just to name a few. The kitchen is also equipped with two dishwashers and coffee bar (Drip, Keurig, Espresso and electric tea kettle). The expansive space for cooking and entertaining is a chefs dream! The adjoining dining room seats 8. Holiday guests will love the sideboard that is outfitted with formal dining wear and serving platters.
Little Nauti features two living rooms, one on the first floor with fireplace and plenty of open airy space. The first floor also has a sleek, private office for those who need a quiet area for reading or working. There is a full bathroom on the first floor with a private outdoor shower for those who prefer a shower in nature. As well as a laundry room with two washers and two dryers.
Bask in the beauty of the luxurious outdoor space that features an oversized heated infinity pool, hot tub and outdoor fire pit with seating for five. The sundeck features 5 comfy lounge chairs and a pool house with a couch, table, bar cart and TV. The pool house is the perfect retreat from the sunshine.
The covered back deck features seating for 6-8 people as well as outdoor dining for 8 people and only several feet away from an outdoor grill.
The lower level with radiant flooring throughout features a very private bedroom with a king size bed, an expansive living area with a "Restoration Hardware Cloud Couch", a billiards table, a foosball table, a kitchenette (featuring a Samsung smart fridge, microwave, wine fridge and sink), and a beautiful full bathroom. The lower level also features a gym with a treadmill, weights and an all-in-one multi function training station. The gym is wired for "Sonos" so you may airplay your favorite tunes while working up a sweat!
The second level features three large bedrooms all with King size beds and ensuite bathrooms that equally as special. The master bath has a bathtub and shower. All other bedrooms are shower only. Each bedroom has ample closet space (two walk in’s).
The bunk room (located on the second level adjacent to the other guest rooms) with double beds (sleeps 4) are each outfitted with a reading lamp and USB charging port making it easy for kids to enjoy reading in bed and charge any smart devices.
The master suite as well as one of the other guest rooms has a balcony. The master suite overlooks the farm and the guest room balcony overlooks the pool and backyard.
