ABOUT THE SPACE:
My townhome is 3 stories tall with a patio/balcony off of the master bedroom. It has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The living area has a wall mounted 4k TV with an amazon fire TV loaded with Kodi, and an xbox series x, ps5, and original xbox 360 connected to it. I will have in the “house manual” how to access everything. There is a nice 5.1 surround sound system that you can connect your bluetooth devices to or to watch tv/movies with a cinema experience.
The 2nd floor bedroom has a queen slat bed, private full bath, and room darkening shades. It also has a complete empty closet for you to hang your clothes up in.
There is a den area that has a bookshelf filled with art/design books and a desk with an extremely comfortable office chair to do your work on. It also has a TV upstairs as well, and Futon that pulls out into a full size sofa bed.
On the third floor is the master bedroom that has an incredibly comfortable king bed. The bathroom has his and her sinks, with a oversized shower. The patio is accessed either directly through a door at the top of the stairs, or through the master bedroom with sliding glass doors.
On the patio is a 4 chaired table to relax at or have a meal, a cantilever umbrella, and a weber LP gas grille with 3 burners to grill your favorite meat/veggies while enjoying the gorgeous views of the city and elitch gardens amusement park. On game days you can hear the announcers and the roar of the crowd from the balconies cheering on the broncos.
I have a couch that will probably fit 1 person fairly comfortable, and have two additional queen size blow up beds that could be used in the Den upstairs and downstairs by moving the coffee table to the side as alternative sleeping spaces.
