Welcome to our home in Passyunk Square! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is the perfect retreat for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to explore the vibrant city of Philadelphia.
The house is tastefully decorated and features comfortable furnishings, modern appliances, and all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing or watching the big game, while the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Walk into the home and immediately notice the open layout, featuring a large dining table (with expandable leaf) and a pool table! Walk through to the well-appointed living room with large sectional sofa, 65” smart TV and perfect work-from-home set up with a desk and chair.
The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable and feature plush beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are modern and clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided.
Bedroom 1: Located on the 2nd floor, this large room features a king bed, a 50” smart TV, 2 cordless charging bedside lamps, dresser, spacious closet, high ceilings and tons of natural sunlight. Located right next to the bunk room, perfect for a family set up!
Bedroom 2: Also located on the 2nd floor, this bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin XL on top and drawer storage. Perfect for teens and kids!
The door to the roof deck is through this bedroom, but don't worry, there is a high enough lock if you have children sleeping in this room, they won't be able to open the door.
Bedroom 3: Located in the basement of the home, this modern, private space has a king bed, 2 cordless charging bedside lamps, drawer storage and an ensuite full bathroom (1 of 2 full bathrooms).
The 2nd full bathroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a soaking tub, spacious corner shower and large vanity.
There is a large closet at the top of the stairs for clothing storage for the 2 upstairs bedrooms.
Washer and Dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided is located in the basement.

The Philadelphia Airport is only 6 miles away and all of the major sporting and concert venues are within 15 minutes. Newark/EWR can also be a less expensive option for flights and is just over an hour away

Head North to quickly get to City Hall, Temple University, The Liacouras Center or The Met Philadelphia.
You really don't need a car during your stay, but if you decide you need one for part of your stay, Enterprise Car rental is nearby on Washington Ave. and Broad St.
If you only need a car for a few hours, we recommend ZipCar - located in the ACME parking lot.
We do not have parking but there is street parking available, just be mindful of the time restrictions posted.
Indego E-Bikes are available to rent just a couple of blocks away on 11th & Reed.
-No parties, smoking/vaping or unauthorized guests
-Due to serious allergies, this a 100% non-smoking property, we do not host smokers. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside, or by any guest, at any time
-There are exterior security cameras out front and on the roof deck
-We allow dogs but do have breed and size restrictions. Please message us for more details before booking. There is a $250 pet fee
-Quiet Hours on the deck from 10pm to 8am
-This home does not come with parking, if driving you must read all posted signage carefully as some streets have restrictions
-Never leave children unattended on the roof deck
