The property is just 4.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge, 4.4 miles from Blue Lakes Trail, 5 miles from McCullough Gulch, and only 3.6 miles from the trailhead for the famous 14er, Quandary Peak.

Laundry & Garage: A washer and dryer are located on the main level near the half bath and heated two-car garage, which offers storage for vehicles and gear.
Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
This home is not pet-friendly. Please note that there is a security camera at the front door facing the driveway only.
