The open-concept living room is filled with natural light and offers cozy seating around a gas fireplace (available October-April), with expansive windows overlooking the golf course. The fully stocked kitchen and adjacent dining room make it easy to gather for meals. Step out onto the screened-in porch to enjoy views of the wooded backyard and pool—perfect for summer lounging or sipping coffee on crisp fall mornings. On the main level, you'll find a serene primary suite with a walk-in shower, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. There are also two additional guest bedrooms that share a full bath, and a powder room adds extra convenience.
One of the home’s most unique features is its private courtyard oasis, tucked within the footprint of the house. This inviting space includes a gas firepit (available April-November), making it a fantastic spot for evening gatherings, storytelling, or simply relaxing under the stars.
