3 Bedroom House in Folly Field, Hilton Head Island
This quaint and casual beach inspired condo is a short walk to the beach and is pet friendly, it is tucked in a quiet wooded area that is very relaxing. You can easily enter your rental with a key less system and get your vacation started. Living area, kitchen and 2 decks are on the 1st level with a half bath. On the 2nd level there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a new king bed, ceiling fan and private bath, The 2nd bedroom has a new queen bed, furniture, and a small table and stool added as a small work area, with a chair and luggage rack and the 3rd bedroom has A full bed. There is plenty of closet space for an extended stay and a washer and dryer unit is in the upstairs. New HVAC unit just installed and moved off the patio.
We have just replace the flooring on the first floor, put in a new front door, replaced the front deck and repaired the back!
Folly Field Beach is a 5-7 min walk to the boardwalk. Lifeguards are on duty March thru September and there is a bathroom, water fountain and shower off area. Dogs are welcome before 9 am and after 5 pm. (our HOA has a 2 pet max) On the off season after September your furry friend can be on the beach anytime. Our unit has a beach cart, chairs, and some toys for your use.

Pets allowed with fee must pick up after dog. Please wash off, dry and brush sand off before entering unit. Vacuum is available for excess sand. Fees will be applied for damage inside the unit or if dog poo is not picked up.
No parties, events or smoking in unit. Fees will be applied if there is smoke damage.

Minimum age of renter is 23
Must empty refrigerator and take trash out when you leave.
You will be responsible for damaged property during your stay. Moving furniture and not putting it back will result in a loss of your deposit.
